Whitehouse Pimms focuses on long-term client relationships, usually performing multiple searches for a limited number of clients and often for multiple practices within a client. This allows us to develop the detailed knowledge of clients necessary to qualify the right candidates and sell them on our client’s opportunity. And it provides us with the luxury of few off-limits conflicts for sourcing candidates–a key to successfully recruiting multiple hires in consulting.

Whitehouse Pimms is paid for performance and we guarantee it. We’re paid a retainer to go to work. If you’re not satisfied with the progress of your search after sixty days, we refund your retainer. The remainder of the fee is billed when the search is completed. We keep skin-in-the-game with you until the search is complete. Whitehouse Pimms doesn’t make a profit until our clients make a hire.
