Fee
The fee is 30% of the hired candidate’s base salary. One-half of the estimated fee is invoiced as a retainer.  The remainder is invoiced at the completion of the search.

Fee Guarantee
Sixty days after your search starts we'll contact you and ask if you're pleased with the progress. If your answer is no, we don't deserve to keep your money and we'll refund your retainer immediately. Our guarantee comes with only one condition; we must receive your retainer payment within forty-five days of invoicing it. That's it–we must have the initial payment to return it.

Candidate Guarantee
If the candidate leaves the position voluntarily or for job-performance cause within 180 days from the date of employment, Whitehouse Pimms will replace them. This guarantee is contingent on Whitehouse Pimms having received full payment of fees for the candidate within forty-five days of the final fee invoice date.
