Fee Guarantee
Sixty days after your search starts we'll contact you and ask if you're happy with the progress. If your answer is no, we don't deserve to keep your money and we'll refund your retainer fee immediately! You don't need to explain your answer and there will certainly be no hard feelings on our part. Our guarantee comes with only one condition. We must receive your retainer payment within forty-five days of invoicing it. That's it–we must have the initial payment to return it.
Candidate Guarantee
If a candidate leaves the position voluntarily or for job-performance cause within 180 days from the date of employment, Whitehouse Pimms will replace the person. This guarantee is contingent on Whitehouse Pimms having received full payment of fees for the candidate within forty-five days of the final fee invoice date. |
